Copies of journal articles are for you to keep. Most books are supplied from the British Library (or occasionally from other university libraries) for 6 weeks from the date of supply.

However, we usually set a due date shortly in advance of this to ensure we return the item in good time. Borrowers must return books by the due date to avoid additional charges.
